Training workshops for your teams

Mentoring your team to identify and align on which user needs they need to focus on.  We can conduct user research together to improve your website.  We’ll develop a rhythm of interactive sessions, giving your team a chance to embed the practice over time.

1-2-1 mentoring

Working together, we can discuss ideas, bounce things around or get advice on approaching a problem.  We can work together 1-2-1, complementing team sessions or just as a one-off. 

  • We can work with weekly check-ins to help guide and steer your through a set of challenges
  • Review and feedback on project plans, strategy and roadmaps with person centered perspective
  • Guidance on how to start a web project or service
  • Unstick a problem, chat through a challenge
  • Supporting materials and content when needed

My relevant experience

  • I’ve created and run lots of in-house training sessions, catering for a variety of different needs and organisations
  • Supported a startup (Read with Audrey) to prioritise and focus their research and develop a new prototype vision
  • I mentor charities every week to help train staff in design thinking and research skills (with the DOT PROJECT)
